Redesign the resume allocating workflow for HR


The purpose

The「Resume Buffer Pool」in Lark Hiring is designed to help the HR allocate resumes which cannot be categorized automatically by the system.

The initial access

Locating its entry in the Header is to remind recruiters to classify resumes and promote the evaluation process.

Users

The users are HR professionals and hiring managers responsible for allocating and categorizing resumes at TikTok.
